First we have British Council, think this website is really useful due to is really complete, it has many topics and the different ares are well organized. This is another website i thought can be useful. This site is divided in 3 areas: Learn English, Learn English Teens, Learn English Kids and Teaching English. This characteristics makes much easier to navigate through this site. As many pages it has quizzes, games, readings and many different activities; but all in this site is really well organized and looks reliable.

The second Website is About.com, this website is really useful due to is really complete, it has many topics and the different ares are well organized. The author is mentioned at the end of the website and i think this is very important because this is an important aspect for teachers and students that want to teach or learn English. The downloading is fast and looks like a reliable site.
This may be a little bit boring but i think is really well explained the topics are short and the author explain them with examples. Another very important thing is that it is divided for different level it also has quizzes readings and listening.
